The
North Coast Watershed Association needs additional participants
to fatten up our councils.
Local watershed councils are a community’s liaison to
restoration dollars and technical assistance, introductions
to partners, informational workshops, volunteer events like
tree plantings and invasive weed removals, legislative news,
and environmental education. We might be partial, but we think
that taking part in watershed council activities and decision
making is one of the coolest and most important things one
can do for their neighborhood and greater community. Just
come to one of our four council’s meetings. Dates and
times are on this website.
